North Korean regime requested Chinese businessmen to pay extra pass fee.

North Korean regime requested Chinese businessmen to pay extra pass fee.

11 Dollars for border pass tax
100 Dollars for international trade tax
30 Dollars for invitation
8 Dollars for issuing entry and exit certificate

This extra fee was not imposed until April 2017.
All the Chinese businessmen should pay this extra fee whenever they enter into North Korea.
If they do not pay the extra fee, they are not allowed to enter into North Korea.

In order to improve international trade, North Korean regime should keep promise with international investors, but North Korean regime does not make efforts to keep the promise with foreign investors and make good enviroments for foreign investors.

Who wants to keep business with North Korean regime if they break promises.
