UN과 미국의 경제 제재에도 불구하고 북한은 중국와 꾸준히 밀수를 하고 있다.
밀수도 아주 교묘하고 은밀한 방법으로 하고 있다.
통일이 된 후에도 밀수가 성행하지 않을까?
중국과의 거래는 수출과 수입에 해당된다.
모든 해외거래는 세금을 내야 하지 않을까?
밀수도 하나의 습관이 되고 나름 노하우가 되지 않을까?
북한은 밀수라는 불법에 너무 자연스럽고 너무나도 깊숙이 익숙해지는 것 같다.
